At home personal training 
At your home or location decided on.  Learn to  use your home equipment effectively in conjunction with equipment provided.     

At Home/Gym Program Design  
Create an at home plan to use your equipment effectively and designed to achieve your personal goals.   

Nutritional Coaching 
  Nutrition and lifestyle coaching.   
  Motivation, encouragement, and support to keep you on track.

Our goal at the lab is to create a community of fit, healthy people through the instruction of functional movements. These movements are not only safe, but translate to functions used in everyday life. When combined with proper nutrition, and executed at high intensity, the result is a fitness level rarely achieved by other fitness programs. Our group classes are developed for everybody regardless of fitness level. Our current clientele consists of both men and women ranging in age between 20 – 60+, with a wide range of fitness experience. Regardless of your fitness level, you will have fun, and experience results you never thought possible.

Mon 6:00 pm (Jeff/Shelly)
Tues 6:00pm (Lauren)
Thur 6:00pm (alternate)
Sat 10:00am (alternate)
